Sarn is a village in Bridgend County Borough, Wales, about 3 miles north of Bridgend and which lies just east of the confluence of the Ogmore and Llynfi rivers. It is located to the east of Aberkenfig, south of Brynmenyn, and south-east of Tondu. It is around 15 minutes walk from the M4 and the McArthurGlen Group Bridgend Designer Outlet.

Its population is approximately 2,500. The heart of the community is the community centre and the supermarket (Filco Foods).
The nearest primary school is Bryncethin primary school and the nearest comprehensive school is Coleg Cymunedol Y Dderwen, located in neighbouring villages of Ynysawdre and Bryncethin (Y Dderwen currently operates under a split-site basis). The closest welsh-medium school is Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Llangynwyd in Maesteg. Archbishop Mcgrath Catholic School is also located in the village.
